The Branding Suite
MORE THAN A LOGO
Why your business needs a complete visual system, not just a single file.
One of the most common misconceptions in business is that if you have a logo, you have a brand.
But here is the reality:
A logo is just the tip of the iceberg.
It is one small piece of a much larger puzzle. If you only have one logo version, you eventually run into problems: it looks illegible when shrunk down for a social media avatar, it looks pixelated on a large banner, or it just doesn't fit the layout of your new website header.
To build a recognizable, trustworthy business, you need a Branding Suite.
What is a Branding Suite?
Think of a branding suite as your business’s wardrobe. You wouldn't wear a tuxedo to the gym, and you wouldn't wear workout gear to a wedding. Your brand needs the same versatility.
A custom branding suite equips you with specific tools for every situation:
Primary Logo: The main face of your business.
Secondary/Alternate Logos: Variations (horizontal or stacked) that fit where your primary logo doesn't.
Typography System: Curated font pairings that ensure your headlines and body text look professional.
Color Palette: A strategic selection of colors (and their specific codes) to create mood and consistency.
Graphic Elements: Images, patterns or other graphic details to act as the accessories to your suite, for a polished look.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
I don’t just make things look pretty; I design with intention. Here is how we move from a blank page to a fully launched brand.
-
Before we get in to fonts and colors, we need to get to know each other. Through a detailed questionnaire and strategy chats, we uncover your "Why." Who is your dream client? What are your competitors doing? What feeling do you want your brand to evoke? This research ensures the design is rooted in business goals, not just personal taste. This is also where you share your vision—your Pinterest board or other visuals you’ve gathered.
From there, I’ll make my own mood board based on our conversations to ensure we are speaking the same visual language. You’ll approve this before we start designing.
-
This is where the magic happens. Based on our strategy, I develop 1-3 comprehensive design concept. This will include the primary logo idea, as well as secondary logos, possible color palettes, and graphic elements so you can begin to envision the final result.
-
We work together to tweak and polish the chosen concept. We adjust colors, fine-tune fonts, and ensure every curve is perfect. This is where we turn a "great design" into "your brand."
-
Once approved, I don't just email you a confusing zip file and wish you luck. You receive:
All file formats: (JPG, PNG, PDF, Vector) so you are ready for print and web.
Brand Guidelines: Your "Instruction Manual." This document explains exactly how to use your new fonts, colors, and logos so your brand stays consistent.
